Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Solution Lead / Solution Architect with 15+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and leading Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional and technical expertise across Oracle EPM Cloud modules, lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, define enterprise architectures, engage with business stakeholders, and mentor delivery teams.

The role requires extensive experience in Oracle Cloud EPM implementations, solution design, integrations, governance, and enterprise performance management processes including planning, budgeting, financial consolidation, account reconciliation, profitability, and enterprise data management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementation programs from solution design through production support.
- Define enterprise EPM architecture aligned with business and finance transformation initiatives.
- Design scalable Oracle EPM solutions across multiple business functions.
- Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprinting.




- Lead architecture discussions and recommend Oracle EPM best practices.
- Drive solution design for planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial close, profitability, and account reconciliation.
- Design enterprise metadata management and governance strategies using Oracle EDMCS.
- Lead Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) implementations.
- Architect Planning & Budgeting solutions using EPBCS.
- Design profitability and cost allocation models using PCMCS.
- Implement workforce planning and strategic workforce planning solutions.
- Lead Enterprise Project Planning and Capital Planning implementations using EPCM.
- Design and implement Oracle ARCS reconciliation and transaction matching solutions.
- Develop integration strategies between Oracle EPM, ERP, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle EBS, SAP, and third-party applications.
- Oversee Data Management, Data Exchange, EPM Automate, REST APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
- Review solution quality, performance optimization, and governance standards.
- Mentor consultants, solution architects, and technical teams.
- Support proposal creation, effort estimation, RFP responses, and presales activities.
- Drive UAT, production deployment, hypercare, and customer success.
