- Monitor and manage daily operations of the Distribution Centre
- Ensure timely order processing and accurate documentation.
- To monitor the operational activities of the distribution centre
- Official point of contact for communication with the clients.
- To monitor the dispatch & receipt activity of goods.
- To supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- To coordinate with Quality Assurance department for various Quality issues.
- To verify stock reports against system generated report.
- Monitoring the temperature in the storage areas.
- Coordination & Verification of preventive maintenance.
- Maintain compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
