Role & responsibilities

- Execute and supervise civil construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor earthwork, excavation, foundations, RCC, structural concrete, industrial buildings, roads, drainage, and underground utilities.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety requirements, and approved construction procedures.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, Survey, Planning, Procurement, and HSE teams.
- Monitor subcontractors, labour productivity, and equipment utilization.
- Prepare daily progress reports, weekly plans, and work completion records.
- Verify work quantities and support client and subcontractor billing.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Resolve technical and construction-related issues at site.





Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 510 years in industrial civil construction.
- Experience in Power Plants, Waste-to-Energy, Thermal Power, Cement Plants, Steel Plants, Refineries, Petrochemical Plants, or other Industrial EPC Projects is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of RCC works, industrial foundations, structural concrete, and infrastructure works.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and coordinate multiple construction activities.
- Good communication, planning, and leadership skills.
