- Writing and Content Development: Draft research-based articles, briefs, and reports that highlight the work being done under externally funded missions and its alignment with state development goals.
- Talking Points and Internal Notes: Prepare high-quality talking points, review notes, and communication material for the CEOs use in departmental reviews, inter-agency meetings, or ecosystem engagements.
- Data Interpretation: Collaborate with the project teams and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E;) Specialists to draw insights from quantitative data and field reports, and convert them into accessible summaries and visual narratives.
- Feedback from the Ground: Help the CEOs Office stay connected to ground realities by gathering informal feedback from field visits, reviews, and departmental discussions.
- Knowledge Capture: Support documentation of key decisions, best practices, and emerging patterns that contribute to ARJUNs institutional learning.

C. Qualification Criteria: Masters degree in Business Administration, Public Policy or Public Administration from a recognised University or Professional Institution recognised by Government.
D. Experience Criteria: Minimum 3 years experience in research, analysis and administrative support, preferably in Government or large organisations; solid analytical and writing skills; proficiency in office and data software.
