About the Role:
We are looking for a young, energetic, and result-driven Collection Manager to lead and drive collections performance across the North region. The role requires strong ownership, field understanding, and the ability to manage teams while improving processes and resolving on-ground challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive collection targets and ensure portfolio performance across assigned territories
• Manage and guide field collection teams to improve productivity and efficiency
• Monitor delinquency, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
• Resolve process bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency
• Ensure regular field visits and on-ground team support
• Maintain strong follow-up mechanisms for overdue and high-risk accounts
• Coordinate with internal teams for smoother operations and faster resolutions
Requirements:
• 3 - 5 years of experience in collections/recovery (NBFC/Banking preferred)
• Strong team handling and leadership skills
• Good understanding of field collections and customer handling
• Ability to take ownership and drive results independently
• Problem-solving mindset with focus on process improvement
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region
Preferred Profile:
• Candidates from NBFC, fintech, or microfinance background
• Energetic, proactive, and target-oriented individuals
• Based out of Uttar Pradesh (Lucknow/ Agra) or Delhi/NCR region.
