- Prepare accurate and timely Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports, business performance reports, and executive dashboards for management review.

- Design and maintain interactive dashboards, analytical reports, and presentations using Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to effectively communicate business performance.

- Monitor key business metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement.

- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify business patterns, forecast trends, and recommend data-driven solutions that enhance productivity and business efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into actionable analytical solutions.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by performing regular data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across multiple data sources.

- Support business process optimization by identifying opportunities for automation and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency.

- Develop executive-level presentations and reports that effectively summarize key findings, insights, and recommendations for leadership and senior management.

- Assist in preparing ad hoc reports, business reviews,



and analytical presentations based on evolving business requirements.

- Maintain reporting documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and reporting templates to ensure consistency and compliance.

- Continuously improve reporting methodologies by leveraging analytical tools and best practices to deliver high-quality business intelligence.

- Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple assignments and meeting strict reporting timelines.

Qualification:

- Bachelors degree in any discipline; MBA in Analytics, Operations, Finance, or Business Management is an added advantage.

- 0 -3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, MIS Reporting, Business Intelligence, or a related field. Fresh graduates with solid analytical skills are also encouraged to apply.

- Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, Advanced Formulas, Charts, and Dashboards) and Microsoft PowerPoint.

- Good understanding of business reporting, data analysis, and MIS reporting concepts.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
