Job Description:
We are looking for highly motivated Backend Engineers with strong Python
development experience and hands-on exposure to GenAI/LLM technologies. The ideal candidate should be passionate about solving complex problems, building
scalable backend systems, and developing AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python(FastAPI/Flask).
• Build and integrate LLM-based solutions, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented
Generation) pipelines, and GenAI workflows into production environments.
• Develop high-performance REST APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable, and production-ready solutions.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, observability,



and code quality.
• Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

Mandatory Skills:
• 34 years of hands-on backend development experience.
• Solid expertise in Python, FastAPI, and Flask.
• Experience working with LLMs, RAG systems, and AI/ML integrations.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and Vector Databases.
• Strong understanding of System Design and Distributed Architectures.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven Architectures, Caching, and Messaging Queues.
