Responsibility for:-

- Coordinating engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Monitoring project schedules, budgets, and progress to ensure timely completion.

- Coordinating with internal departments, contractors, and vendors for project execution.
- Managing project documentation, technical approvals, and compliance requirements.
- Supporting plant expansion projects and improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring projects are executed safely, within budget, and as per quality standards.
- Lead design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams ensuring timely project delivery.
- Manage fabrication, installation, hydro-testing, and commissioning for mechanical and piping systems.
- Review engineering drawings, P&IDs;, and vendor documents ensuring technical compliance.
- Coordinate with EPCM contractors and clients for design approval and project documentation.
- Plan and conduct QA/QC inspections, audits, and non-conformance resolution activities.
- Prepare project progress reports, cost forecasts,



and resource schedules for management review.
- Ensure safety, quality, and environment standards adherence across all project stages.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and integration.
- Monitor and track project progress, and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure project delivery remains on track.
- Visit Project site as and when required and accountable to drive engaging and result oriented discussions with stakeholders and to bring solutions and progress to the table.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
- Lead and mentor project team members to foster a cooperative and productive environment.
