We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Service Cloud to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance customer service operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, and architects to deliver high-quality, performance-driven Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions with a focus on Service Cloud
- Customize and configure Service Cloud features such as Cases, Queues, Omni-Channel, CTI, and Knowledge
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems
- Optimize Service Cloud performance and ensure best practices for security and scalability
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, and code reviews
- Provide production support, debugging, and issue resolution
- Maintain technical documentation and follow Salesforce release updates

- Salesforce Service Cloud (Cases, Case Assignment Rules, Escalations, Entitlements, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, CTI)
- Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Queueable, Schedulable)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
- Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows)
- SOQL & SOSL




- Salesforce Security Model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)
- Debugging and performance optimization
- Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX, CI/CD)

Secondary Skills (Good to Have)

- Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities)
- CTI integration (Amazon Connect, Genesys, Five9, etc.)
- Einstein Bots / Chat / Messaging
- Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)
- Integration middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi)
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset)
- Salesforce Data Migration tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard)

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Salesforce certifications preferred:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
- Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Administrator (optional but beneficial)

- Robust understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
