Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets for LAP (Loan Against Property) and home loans.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance market presence.

- Oversee branch operations, ensuring efficient management of resources, staff performance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive growth through referrals and word-of-mouth marketing.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-9 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in LAP (Loan Against Property) or similar products.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

- Solid understanding of financial markets, products (LAP & Home Loans), regulations, and risk assessment techniques.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead teams effectively.
