The Diagnostic Reagent Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling diagnostic reagents and related laboratory products to hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, research institutions, and healthcare facilities. The role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying current business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell diagnostic reagents, kits, and laboratory consumables to healthcare and research clients.

- Product knowledge (IVD, reagents, ELISA, PCR, etc.)

- Develop and maintain relationships with pathologists, lab managers, procurement teams, and hospital administrators.

- Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.

- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations,



and training sessions for customers.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

- Coordinate with the technical support and logistics teams to ensure smooth product delivery and after-sales service.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.

- Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events.
