1. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
2. Strong proficiency in React JS - Component architecture, hooks, state management, and lifecycle methods.
3. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles; proficient in CSS-responsive design, Flexbox Grid, CSS variables, and cross-browser compatibility.
4. Experience with UX/UI changes - translating design mock-ups into functional components, accessibility (WCAG), and user interaction patterns.
5. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
6. Familiarity with newer specifications of Ecma Script.
7. Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
8. Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
9. Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
10. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
11. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
12. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

16. Designs, develops, and implements web-based Java applications to support business requirements.

18. Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
19. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
20. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
21. Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
22. Solid knowledge in Java/J2EE.
23. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
