Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, in office role based at Golden Tulip, Jalandhar. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support informed decision-making. The Finance Manager will manage accounts payable and receivable, monitor cash flow, ensure accurate bookkeeping, and coordinate with internal departments to align financial practices with operational needs. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations, hotel policies, and tax requirements. The Finance Manager will also analyze financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities,



provide recommendations to management, and contribute to strategic planning and long-term financial sustainability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support hotel operations and strategic initiatives.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting, analysis, and reconciliation, including experience with management accounts and periodic statements.
- Candidates should possess skills in accounting, bookkeeping, and ledger management, with proficiency in hotel or hospitality finance systems being an advantage.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of compliance, taxation, and audit processes, ensuring adherence to local regulations and internal controls.
- Candidates should possess skills in cash flow management, cost control, and variance analysis to optimize revenue and expense efficiency.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are preferred.
