ArchDynamics is seeking a licensed Architect who is passionate about pushing the boundaries of traditional design. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between conceptualization and high-fidelity technical execution using advanced BIM and parametric tools.

Requirements & Qualifications

Licensure

Must hold a valid Council of Architecture (CoA) license number.

Design Expertise

Deep knowledge of the architectural designing process, from concept to execution.

Software Mastery

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape or V-Ray. Advanced skills in Revit or ArchiCAD with at least LOD 350 capabilities.

Parametric Architecture

Knowledge of parametric architecture. Proficiency in Rhino + Grasshopper, and Python knowledge to script complex parametric designs.

Communication Skills

Excellent communication with the Chief Architect, clients, various consultants,



vendors, contractors, and other team members.

Building Services (MEP)

Solid understanding of various building services including plumbing, electrification, HVAC, and integrated utilities.

Tech Adaptability

Quick adaptability to new technology in the architecture and construction industry to save time, money, and improve project quality.

Regulatory Knowledge

Familiarity with local building bylaws, UDCPR, and National Building Code (NBC) for seamless project approvals.
