As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the smooth functioning of production systems and services, ensuring they meet operational requirements and service agreements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system operations and timely resolution of incidents.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance service availability and reliability.
- Document operational procedures and maintain knowledge bases to support team efficiency.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of junior team members to foster skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Administration.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and automation tools related to AWS environments.
- Robust understanding of system monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting in cloud-based production systems.
- Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine operational tasks and improve efficiency.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements within cloud platforms.
- Ability to analyze system logs and metrics to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in AWS Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
