About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, manage site operations, and ensure projects are executed according to quality, safety, and timeline requirements. The role requires strong technical knowledge, team coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary technical point of contact in office for subcontractors, supervisors, and workers.

- Carry out site setting out, leveling, and surveying activities.

- Review and verify construction drawings, plans, and quantities for accuracy.

- Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with approved specifications and quality standards.

- Manage material requirements, procurement coordination, and vendor interactions.

- Interpret and implement construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

- Coordinate with consultants, architects, quantity surveyors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

- Supervise daily site activities, workforce allocation, and subcontractor performance.

- Plan and monitor site logistics, material movement, and resource utilization.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements.

- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues at the site.





- Coordinate manpower planning and material availability to avoid project delays.

- Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedules and milestones.

- Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to management.

Desired Candidate Profile Educational Qualification

- B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience

- Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in residential, commercial, or redevelopment construction projects.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.

- Understanding of building codes, construction standards, and safety regulations.

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills.

- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple activities and work under tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in project reporting and site documentation.
