Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Hardware Test Engineer / Test Lead with experience in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing and embedded hardware validation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience testing automotive embedded systems and hardware components.

Required Skills

- Experience in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Testing
- Embedded Systems & Firmware Validation
- Experience with any of the following:
- ECU / BCM Testing & Validation
- Battery Management Systems (BMS)
- Motion Control Systems




- Powertrain Testing
- Motor Testing
- Brake System Testing
- Power Steering Testing

- Robust debugging and defect analysis skills
- Minimum 1 year of team lead experience is an added advantage

Responsibilities

- Perform HIL testing and hardware validation.
- Execute test cases and analyze test results.
- Validate embedded hardware and firmware.
- Identify, report, and track defects.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and support testing activities.
