Role Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior QA Engineer to ensure high-quality software delivery through effective testing, defect tracking, and use of modern QA tools including AI-assisted testing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute test cases, test plans, and scenarios
- Perform manual testing (functional, regression, API/UI)
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like Jira
- Collaborate with developers/BA to understand requirements
- Validate bug fixes and prevent regression issues
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and QA reporting

Required Skills:

- 1–2 years of experience in software testing
- Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and QA methodologies
- Hands-on experience in manual testing and defect tracking tools
- Familiarity with AI tools for QA/productivity (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot for test case generation, bug analysis)
- Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, and web applications
- Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills

Positive to Have:

- Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Postman)
- Experience in Agile projects
- Understanding of AI-driven testing concepts (test generation, defect prediction)
