Job Title: Collection Executive

Description: We are hiring motivated, convincing, and detail-oriented Collection Executives to manage outbound recovery calls across India. In this role, you will interact directly with borrowers to ensure timely loan repayments while maintaining strong customer relationships and adhering to RBI collection guidelines and qualified telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing customers across India regarding overdue loan payments.
- Remind and educate customers about pending dues, repayment schedules, and the impact of late payments.
- Negotiate payment plans, obtain repayment commitments, and resolve queries or disputes professionally.
- Maintain accurate call records, repayment commitments, and status updates in the system.
- Follow RBI collection guidelines and maintain professional telephone etiquette at all times.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets assigned by team leads.

Qualifications

- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) or any graduate.
- Experience: Freshers with good communication skills are welcome; 6 months to 2 years of tele-collection or BPO experience is a strong plus.
- Languages:



Fluency in Hindi and Gujarati is required; basic understanding of English is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and general computer usage.
