Position: Operations Lead – QSR (Quick Service Restaurant)

About the Role

The Operations Lead - Food & Beverage (QSR) is responsible for driving operational excellence, business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the QSR business. The role involves overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to quality and food safety standards, developing high-performing teams, optimizing costs, and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Operations

- Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple QSR outlets.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, service, and customer experience.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and achievement of business targets.
- Monitor daily operational KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead recent outlet launches, operational transitions, and business expansion initiatives.

Financial Management

- Prepare and monitor operational budgets.
- Control food cost, labour cost, and overall operating expenses.
- Improve outlet profitability through effective cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
- Review financial reports, sales trends, and productivity metrics to drive informed decision-making.

Quality, Food Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, hygiene,



and food safety standards.
- Maintain brand SOPs across all outlets.
- Conduct periodic operational and quality audits.
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance at all locations.

Customer Experience

- Enhance customer satisfaction through continuous service improvements.
- Monitor customer feedback, online reviews, and complaint resolution.
- Implement initiatives to improve guest loyalty and repeat business.

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop Operations Managers, Restaurant Managers, and outlet teams.
- Build a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Identify manpower requirements and support recruitment, succession planning, and talent development.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Supply Chain & Inventory

- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
- Monitor inventory management, stock accuracy, wastage, and shrinkage.
- Ensure optimum utilization of resources and effective vendor coordination.

Strategy & Business Development

- Support business expansion through market analysis and operational planning.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, R&D;, and Commercial.
