Gallagher Center of Excellence is seeking to hire a Senior Analyst for FRS Pension Administration vertical. You will work on a variety of client service projects under the supervision of more experienced consultants and with appropriate client contact. These services include benefit calculations, phone center contact, payment processing, and special projects, all at the level appropriate to the individual’s knowledge and experience. The primary focus of the Senior Associate is to “Do” the work efficiently and effectively while also being a resource for Associates. Every chance should be made to teach, train, and develop the Associate. How you'll make an impact Responsibilities Handles the preparation of benefit calculations. Includes receiving and reviewing data to ensure accuracy for benefit quote. Has email and telephone contact with clients on data and administrative matters. Responsible for participant interaction on assigned call centers, including documentation of call and professional communication. Prepares calculation and deliverable of benefit quotes and letters. Prepares employee benefit statements. Assists in the preparation of letters for missing information to ensure proper document for payments. Works directly with Trustee to process payments. Logs quotes/deliverables and scans all participant communication in compliance with record retention policy.
