- 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and technical delivery.
- Solid hands-on development and functional experience in CRM/ERP business applications.
- Proven experience leading migration and transformation initiatives.
- Lead the execution of Tenant-to-Tenant (T2T) migration activities and coordinate the migration team.
- Design migration strategies, scripts, deployment plans, and cutover activities.
- Drive environment assessments, migration readiness reviews, and technical planning.
- Oversee testing cycles, issue resolution, migration validation, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth migration execution and business continuity.
- Manage technical dependencies, risks, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide guidance to consultants and developers throughout the migration lifecycle.
