Position: Senior Architect

Experience: 4 – 8 years
Location: Head Office (Goregaon) and project sites (Borivali to Bandra)
Reporting To: Senior Architect / Team Lead

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s in Architecture (B. Arch.) from a reputed institute (mandatory)
- Master’s in Architecture (M. Arch.) (preferred)

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Google Sketch Up, V-Ray, 3ds Max, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Power Point, MS Excel, MS Word, and Revit
- Strong understanding of DCR, RCC, and MEP services
- Experience in site checking, coordination, and project execution

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare concept and detailed architectural designs considering project feasibility, DCR regulations, and FSI calculations.
- Modify and enhance existing designs as per project or business requirements.
- Prepare presentation drawings, brochures, and 3D visualizations.




- Coordinate with liaison architects for documentation related to approvals (Concessions, IOD, CC, CFO, etc.).
- Collaborate with structural and MEP consultants to finalize RCC and service designs.
- Develop and issue Good for Construction (GFC) drawings incorporating consultant inputs.
- Coordinate with site execution teams for design clarification, inspection, and execution support.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with design intent, quality standards, and timelines.
