Job Title: Customer Support Executive – VIP Lite (Marathi)

Location: Thane West (Wagle Estate)

Salary: ₹18,000–20,000 In-hand + PF
Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass
Shift: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM / 12:00 PM–9:00 PM
Working Days: 5 Days (2 Rotational Off)

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide excellent customer service and assist customers over calls. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in Marathi and be committed to delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Customer Support

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Record customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.

Coordination & Documentation

- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.




- Ensure timely follow-up on pending customer requests.
- Meet service quality and productivity targets.

Desired Candidate Profile Educational Qualification

- 10th or 12th Pass.

Experience

- Minimum 6 months of recent experience in Customer Service.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Marathi.
- Customer-centric approach and good interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
