This requirement is for a Technical Writer in a documentation team that works on the documentation of Experience Cloud solutions. The team is passionate about and focused on improving customer experience through content. Here, you will work with engineering team, product managers, and senior doc team members to author new feature docs and improve the existing docs based on internal and customer feedback. In addition to the regular technical writing work, you get to participate in and learn from unique documentation projects that improve user experience and improve product adoption.

Skills:

- 2-4 years of experience as a technical writer. Being part of the content lifecycle from conceptualization to end of life.
- Good writing skills. Can follow MS or Chicago style guides. Have a good attention to detail and diligence. Write concise content for recent or existing features.
- Work as part of a team of writers on a common product. Collaborate with other writers working on the same product to achieve the department goals and KRAs.




- Good project management skills to prioritize your own work, to manage timelines, and to report about the accomplishments.
- Strive to focus on the customer's experience in all the content work that you do creating new feature content, governing existing content, and collaborating across functions.
- Address customer-reported doc issues. Analyze complex systems, ask questions, try the software on your own, and fill any gaps in the
- Having some (not all) of the following education, experiences, or skills is a plus.
- Graduate or Post-Graduate in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience documenting SaaS enterprise software preferably in a product firm.
- Familiarity with Git Hub and Markdown for authoring and with AEM in any capacity.
- Experience in graphic design, developer documentation, video creation, and so on.
- Experience as product owner, programmer, solution evangelist, or solution consultant role.
