Role Descriptions: Role : Salesforce QA Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with solid experience in testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, web applications, and mobile platforms (iOS & Android). The candidate should have hands-on expertise in test automation, knowledge of finance domain workflows, and familiarity with AI-driven testing approaches.
Following are the requirements :
1) Testing Salesforce and iOS /android-based apps
2) Testing web app and Native Sales cloud features
3) Knowledge of finance domain
4) Experience with Testing automation especially like Jira integration
5) Knowledge of AI for testing automation
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud).
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across:
Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud)




Web applications
Native mobile applications (iOS & Android)
Validate end-to-end business workflows within Salesforce, especially in finance-related use cases.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.
Implement and maintain test automation frameworks and experience with Testing automation, especially Jira integration.
Ensure test coverage for APIs, integrations, and Salesforce customizations.
Utilize AI/ML-based testing tools to improve test efficiency, defect prediction, and coverage.
