Job Title: Chemist / Sr. Chemist/ Asst. Manager/ Dy. Manager – CDMO R&D; (API)

Role Overview:
Seeking a skilled professional to support API R&D; activities within a CDMO setup, focusing on process development, optimization, and technology transfer for small molecules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute API process development and optimization at lab scale

- Support scale-up activities and technology transfer to manufacturing

- Prepare development reports, batch records, and regulatory documentation

- Ensure compliance with cGMP and quality standards

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, ADL, Production)

- Troubleshoot process-related challenges and improve yield/cost efficiency

Key Requirements:

- Experience in CDMO API R&D; (small molecules)

- Strong knowledge of process chemistry and scale-up





- Hands-on exposure to lab equipment and process development techniques

- Understanding of regulatory guidelines and documentation practices

- Valuable communication and teamwork skills

Experience: 5–10 years
Education: M. Sc / Ph.D in Chemistry or related field
