Must-Have 7 - 10 years of BY SCPO Demand, ESP, Demand 360 Sales & Ops Planning & Inventory Optimization) experience of rollout, enhancements and Support Provide a technical & functional support to the Business users ; including Design, configuration, batch automation and integration, troubleshooting, testing, quality assurance etc. Robust database skills on Oracle RDBMS PL/SQL and SQL scripting, basics of database administration, familiarity with tools and utilities for diagnosing performance related issues with Oracle databases Proven experience of attending and resolving the critical issues within tight timelines

Good-to-Have Experience in planning and discussing design for business requirements workshop Conduct Proof of Concet (PoC) for BY SCPO suite during new enhancement design process, Strong technical design,



analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent presentation and organizational skills Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & presentation)

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Provide Technical & Functional Support for above BY solutions

2 Design enhancement solution which integrates with SAP, Oracle ERPs or legacy solutions

3 Provide support to Business Users on the solution during UAT & user queries during pilot / warranty support

4 Create SOPs for Support team for quik actions & issue resolutions

5 Put forward ideas to improve solutions form both technical & functional perspective

6 Train new team members on Functional, Technical & Integration components

7 Provide innovative suggestion and advice to customer in order to bring business value
