Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong SQL expertise, analytical thinking, and a passion for transforming data into meaningful business insights. The ideal candidate should be capable of analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and delivering actionable recommendations to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business stakeholders.
- Gather and understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple data sources.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, engineering, and product teams.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics role.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL (complex queries, joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Good understanding of data modeling and relational databases.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data quality.

Good to Have




- Experience with AWS or cloud-based data platforms.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
- Exposure to Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
