Requirements

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) implementation, application maintenance, or production support.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience working in global AMS/support environments with exposure to incident, problem, and change management processes.

- Provide functional support for SAP IBP solutions in a post-go-live Application Management Services (AMS) environment.

- Support global SAP S/4HANA deployments by maintaining SAP IBP solutions aligned with the global template.

- Manage incidents, service requests, defect resolution, root cause analysis, and system enhancements while ensuring SLA compliance.

- Support and optimize planning processes across Demand Planning, Supply Planning (Time Series and Order-Based Planning), Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;).

- Monitor and manage planning jobs, batch processes, and integrations with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP BW/BI to ensure stable planning operations.

- Support critical business planning cycles by resolving production issues and ensuring business continuity.

- Perform impact analysis, functional testing, and validation for system enhancements and production changes.

- Provide end-user support,



functional guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across ERP, Manufacturing, Warehousing, BW/EIM, Basis, and Integration domains.

- Support SAP APO SNP legacy integration and transition activities where applicable.

- Strong functional expertise in SAP IBP, including: Demand Planning (DP), Supply Planning, Time Series Supply Planning (TS), Order-Based Planning (OBP), Inventory Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;)

- Strong understanding of SAP IBP integration with: SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW/BI

- Data integration technologies such as CI-DS, Cloud Integration (CI), SDI, and RTI

- Experience supporting planning jobs, batch processing, interfaces, and production support activities.

- Hands-on experience with incident management, problem management, system enhancements, testing, and AMS support.

- Strong understanding of integrated supply chain planning processes and business continuity.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently in a global, cross-functional support environment.

- Experience with SAP APO SNP and migration or coexistence with SAP IBP.

- SAP IBP Certification.

- Familiarity with ITIL-based service management and application support processes.

- Experience supporting global SAP template rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Knowledge of supply chain planning best practices in large enterprise environments.
