Capital Account Division is a niche segment focused on Foreign Investments (FI) Overseas Investments (OI) and External Commercial Borrowing (ECB).
AbouttheRole
Business strategy & planning for growth.
Evaluate the Market & Peers Product/Process offering and implementation of best suitable products for the customers.
Deep understanding about RBI guidelines and actively engage with Regulators.
Possess knowledge on FEMA KYC/AML SEBI (applicable) FDI Policy of GOI etc
Provide Solutions to the customers on Regulatory Guidelines.
Overall Business Development of Capital Account (At Domestic & GIFT)
Driving Business through Coverage & Direct Customer Meetings.
Creating synergies with Intermediaries (Legal firms and Trustees) Administrators.
Product Commercialization - Planning & Execution.
Business Controle: Risk Audit & Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning for growth
New Client/Fund acquisition
Meet revenue targets - Fee, CDAB & Fx
Organize roadshows in collaboration with Big4 / Internal subsidiaries / Tax Consultant.
Business Analysis & Management Reports Preparation
Mentoring team members.
Cross Sales of WBP/Bank's other Products.
Qualifications
- Any master's degree with experience of 10+ years in Capital Account Business.
Role Proficiencies:
- Positive and cooperative attitude with good communication skills
- Thorough with FEMA regulations & policies related to Capital Account Transactions
- Ability to provide solutions to the clients
- Proactive in learning & self-development.
