Job Description

Pure Nutrition, a leading brand in health and wellness, is looking for an experienced Manager-Quick Commerce ZEPTO, Blinkit, Instamartto oversee and execute innovative Quick com marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to increase brand visibility, drive product adoption, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.

1. Brand Management:

- Enhance brand presence across digital and offline channels.
- Oversee brand consistency in packaging, content, communication and visuals.

1. Campaign Management:

- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and influencer marketing.
- Measure and report the performance of campaigns, providing actionable insights.

1. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to develop promotional materials.




- Manage external agencies and vendors for marketing initiatives.

1. Digital Marketing:

- Drive sales strategies to improve online visibility and conversions.
- Monitor website traffic and optimize content for customer engagement.

1. Event Coordination:

- Organize and manage product launches,

Qualifications

- Experience: 3-4+ years in marketing, preferably in the health, wellness, or FMCG sector.
- Education: MBA in Marketing or a related field is preferred.

- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
- Creative and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
