Responsibilities
- Perform all treatments at an exceptional standard, as per the Company protocols and standards taught in training, whilst tailoring to the client's specific needs.
- To ensure the pre & post-natal treatments provided, meet the needs of the client
- To take responsibility for acquiring accurate product knowledge with regards to services, treatments, and products available.
- Ability to be a team member, promote and motivate others in delivering outstanding client care and treatment standards
- Oversee products stock and consumption levels based on the treatment provided
- Assist in promoting spa and body care packages to clients and offer treatment benefit knowledge to clients.
- Adhere to Company's customer booking and scheduling. Show Less
