1. Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the plant team, ensuring alignment with company goals,

2. Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality
control, maintenance, and safety protocols, to ensure effective and cost-effective manufacturing
processes.
3. Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a culture of
accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
4. Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands while
optimizing resources and minimizing waste.
5. Quality Assurance: Maintain and enhance quality standards, implementing rigorous quality control
measures to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Cost Control: Manage the plant's budget, analyze cost drivers, and implement cost-saving initiatives
without compromising quality or safety.
7. Health and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to create a secure
working environment for all employees.
