Key Responsibilities

- Identify and prospect recent clients through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.

- Showcase residential or commercial properties and explain features, pricing, and financing options.

- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-up meetings with potential buyers.

- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to secure successful deals.

- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Prepare and maintain sales reports, market updates, and customer databases.

- Collaborate with developers, brokers, and financial institutions.

- Stay up-to-date on real estate trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
