Job Description:

Robomachine covering topics on Operation, Programming, Maintenance and Interface etc. • Get in touch with customer to maintain continued relation and generate enquiries on training. • Maintain and Upgrade training equipment and course materials regularly • Plan new courses or customized courses to suit to varying needs of customers along with customized course material. • Review customer feedback and take appropriate actions to improve customer satisfaction • Maintain and revise website as and when there is a update for customers • Performs any other duties as assigned by the HOD-Training or Supervisor. • Responsible for developing and maintaining standards, meeting prescribed timelines, developing and meeting budgetary objectives, continuous improvement of department operations, developing strategic plans to meet department goals.



Profile expectation – • Diploma / BE in Mechatronics /Electronics / Electrical engineering with good academic track record. • Good Presentation and Communication abilities • 4 & above years of experience in areas of Servicing / Manufacture / Maintenance of CNC machines, Operation / Maintenance Robots • Experience in Training/ Teaching is added advantage • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to deliver to set deadlines. • Proficient in MS Office applications. • Robust interpersonal, report writing and statistical analysis skills. • Flair to travel, meet creative people in the engineering world.
