Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement. The role requires solid leadership, communication, and strategic HR skills to align people practices with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding process.
- Oversee payroll, compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Drive employee engagement, L&D;, and retention programs.
- Implement HR policies, performance appraisals, and talent management.
- Ensure smooth employee relations and grievance handling.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS & MS Office.
