Position: Manager – Warehouse

Job Purpose : To ensure protected, efficient, and world-class warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory management, and ensure timely dispatch of goods at the right Time, Place, and Quantity (TPQ) while optimizing operational costs and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Safety

- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and procedures.
- Conduct safety training for warehouse personnel.
- Identify and eliminate unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.
- Ensure proper pallet stacking, PPE usage, and maintenance of pallets and MHEs.

Inventory Management

- Maintain clean, well-ventilated, and well-lit warehouse conditions.
- Implement 5S practices and standard stacking procedures.
- Ensure accurate inventory location management and timely SAP updates.
- Monitor pallet maintenance, over-aged tire segregation, and stock audits.
- Ensure availability of packing materials, consumables,



and PPE.
- Review daily MIS reports and picking performance.

Dispatch Management

- Ensure accurate picking and proper handling of finished tires.
- Achieve on-time dispatch with correct documentation.
- Ensure 100% dispatch ticket compliance and optimal container loadability.
- Minimize handling damage and shipment errors.

Continuous Improvement

- Drive Kaizen initiatives and QCC projects.
- Support implementation of WCM, TQM, and TPM practices in warehouse operations.
