1. Run the machine as per the production schedules, for continues and smooth operations.
2. Set parameters as per materials for smooth operations smooth operations.
3. Ensuring proper production of sheet as per quality standards with minimum rejection.
4. To perform routine cleaning and minor adjustments, report breakdowns and assist with maintenance team when required while informing to superior.
5. To follow safety rules, PPE’s and 5s compliance.
6. Load and use the Raw materials correctly, reduce wastage and productive material consumption.
7. To maintain accurate production output, downtime and process details in shift logbooks.
8. Ensuring proper communication while shift handover and takeover.
