We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to handle outbound and/or inbound calls, generate leads, and assist customers by providing information about our products/services. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers

- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries

- Explain products/services and answer questions clearly

- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities

- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets

- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary

- Follow company scripts and guidelines during calls

RequirementsRequired Skills

- Strong verbal communication skills

- Valuable listening and convincing ability

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive

- Time management and multitasking skillsQualifications

- Minimum: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent

- Graduation preferred (any field)

- Prior experience in telecalling/telesales is a plus
