Roles & Responsibilities

- 1. Managing warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, inventory control, and stock accuracy.

- 2. Coordinating with both the Production and Marketing teams to streamline both production despatch planning.

- 3. Planning and monitoring dispatches in accordance with executed sales orders.

- 4. Export Dispatch, Monitoring palletization, as well as managing goods inspection and certification for export

- 5. Handling interactions with transporters, loading contractors, and packing labor contractors

- 6. Preparing invoices, E-way bills, and pre-shipment export packing lists.

- 7.



Keeping updated records of the inventory list, pending sales order status, pending production, and pending dispatches in the software.

- 8. Maintaining promotional item stocks and sampling work.

- 9. Working closely with the production team as well as the domestic and export marketing teams for smooth process

Requirements1. Must be from Ceramic (Tile) Industry having exposure of handling dispatch and warehouse
2. Work experience 10+ years
3. Having knowledge of ERP software
4. Must be minimum B.Com. Graduate
