They collaborate closely with project managers and design teams to generate 2D or 3D models, revise drafts based on feedback, and ensure all specifications comply with industry safety standards and regulations.Core ResponsibilitiesDrafting: Convert rough sketches, verbal instructions, and field measurements into accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD software.Collaboration: Work alongside architects, engineers, and project leads to finalize design dimensions, material lists, and structural requirements.Revisions: Update and modify existing drawings to accommodate ongoing design changes, site modifications, or client feedback.Quality Control: Review technical drawings for errors, ensuring strict compliance with local building codes, engineering principles,



and structural guidelines.Documentation: Organize and maintain drawing libraries, file revisions, and project documentation for version control.Key Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.Software Skills: Advanced, demonstrable proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with 3D modeling, BIM concepts, or other CAD programs (e.g., SolidWorks, Revit) is highly beneficial.Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of drafting principles, geometric dimensioning, mathematical calculations, and manufacturing/construction processes.Soft Skills: Excellent spatial visualization, sharp attention to detail, and robust communication skills to articulate design constraints or changes
