Job Description

- 15+ year track record of relevant work experience and a Computer Science or related technical discipline
- Dynamic leader who has directly managed a team of highly competent Software Engineers, Developers, Software Architects, technical managers & DevOps engineers in fast paced work environment.
- Ability to work on multiple projects, with complex and challenging application, platform and Infrastructure requirements, and a keen sense of the DevOps models & tools.
- Working familiarity with the entire development and deployment lifecycle including code quality, development practices, version control, functionality automation , build process, testing, and code release, CI/CD, tools & DevSecOps.
- Development experience in data & cloud engineering domain at scale
- Experience in managing and maintaining Up-to-date data platform/data warehouses, big data applications, Java/J2EE, ETLs & Cloud DevOps
- Strong people management & people skills—fairness and ability to motivate and manage.
- Good perceptive and analytical skills, with a keen business sense and a future perception of IT industry
- Possess confidence in self, along with good negotiation and client convincing skills.




- Attending presales tech meetings to represent engineering management and ability to produce a proposal/RFI responses.
- Inspire trust and confidence in the very first meeting with the customer/prospect.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and nurture teams by motivating and mentoring and assisting in hiring critical talent.
- Inspire leadership and encourage innovation of ideas.
- Help project teams in conceiving and implementing operational best practices to improve productivity & efficiency.
- Define & suggest system NFRs, Security, Resiliency, DR, Five9 availability, Observability & Recovery, Blue/Green deployments for Production grade Enterprise Cloud & data platforms.
- Assist pre-sales in RFP submission on DevOps processes, models & solutions.
- Identify and utilize best practices in the industry to maximize efficient and elegant enterprise solutions while minimizing cost.
- Lead & manage multiple large engagements & regular program level reporting to internal & external stakeholders.
- Identify upskilling needs as per the business objectives.
- Assess client needs and requirements to ensure appropriate approach to solve client challenges.
