Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption and implementation of innovative testing tools and automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with project goals and organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Atlassian JIRA.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and continuous integration processes.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end quality engineering solutions.
- Ability to analyze and improve testing workflows to increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to drive innovation in testing approaches.
