Responsibilities And Duties

- Complete and report relevant analysis reports according to customer requirements
- Research and investigate cost parameters and technical parameters
- Execute product cost calculation and provide cost optimization ideas or target cost
- Timely coordinate to solve problems to ensure project normal delivery

KEY MEASURES & INDICATORS (main KPIs used in the role)

- Generate technical insights report, costing calculation and report, DtC/VAVE ideas and report as per the tasks assigned by manager and according to required quality standards

Requirements





Qualifications and skills

- More than 5 years experience/knowledge of Chassis Suspension, Steering, Brakes & technologies like casting, forging, machining, stamping, welding, sintering, injection molding, painting, assembly in the function of Product Development, Cost Engineering, Purchasing, SQE/STA, Lean Manufacturing or Value Engineering;
- Experience on BOM cost calculation, DtC/VAVE from supply chain, material and manufacturing process;
- Stamping / forging technology manufacturing and costing knowledge;
- English written & oral, overseas study experience is a plus;
- Bachelor or above degree in mechanical, industrial engineering or related area;
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
- Solid adaptability and flexibility, innovative spirit;
