- Kubernetes cluster operations, troubleshooting, scaling
- Managed service integration/troubleshooting
- Support IC4 on migrations: cutover validation, runbooks, incident response
- Container troubleshooting, logging, monitoring
- Tier-0 service ops - DNS, LDAP, DCHP, CDN, IP Networking (both legacy and cloud-native versions during transition)
Skills:
- Kubernetes operations (5+ years Linux ops translation)
- Public cloud devops, CI/CD experience - Azure, AWS, GCP
- Container troubleshooting
- Linux + storage + networking (legacy)
- Development skills a must (Python/Golang)
- Monitoring/logging (Prometheus/ELK or similar)
Education:
- 5+ years production Linux SRE
- 2+ years Kubernetes SRE
- Public cloud SRE experience - Azure, AWS, GCP
- Able to bridge legacy operations + cloud-native operations mindset
