Experience: 1 Lead 10+ years, another 7+ years
Scope:
- To create a reusable data platform where teams can build and operate data products without solving the same infrastructure problem repeatedly
- Provide common building blocks and transparent standards for data engineering teams to reuse while building connectors, monitoring, deployment process and quality checks
Skill:
- Hand-on expertise in Snowflake and AWS Cloud
- Hands-on experience in dbt and Python
- Standardized ingestion framework e.g, using DLTHub
- Workflow orchestration e.g. Airflow
- Data Quality framework
- Reliability and observability
- Security and access control
Nice to have: Gen AI, Qlik, Power BI
