Technical Lead – Employer Insurance Data and Personal Lines Data

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in React, Python, and AWS to drive the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership and is responsible for architecting robust systems, guiding development teams, and ensuring high-quality execution across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable full-stack applications using React, Python.

· Drive the implementation of cloud-native solutions on AWS, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-impact solutions aligned with business goals.

· Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and engineering processes.

· Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

· Own and resolve complex technical challenges across the application stack and infrastructure.

· Guide the team in adopting modern architectures such as microservices and serverless.





· Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

· 8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.

· Strong hands-on experience with:

o React

o Python frameworks

· Deep understanding of AWS services, including DynamoDB , EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Cloud Formation, and IAM.

· Proven expertise in RESTful API design and integration.

· Experience with:

o CI/CD pipelines

o Containerization (Docker)

o Version control systems (Git)

· Robust problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with serverless architecture and microservices design.

- Familiarity with Dev Ops tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, Terraform).

- Exposure to frontend frameworks such as React.

- Working knowledge of modern AI concepts, or prompt engineering is an added advantage.
