Job Description

We are looking for One Stream professionals with experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to support and lead One Stream implementation projects across financial close, consolidation, and FP&A.;

Diploma / ITI candidates not eligible

Qualification: B. Sc / B. Com / B. Tech / BE / ME / M. Tech / MBA / M. Com / CA / PGDM

Key Responsibilities

- Lead or support One Stream implementations covering design, configuration, testing, deployment, and application support.
- Translate business requirements into One Stream solutions.
- Configure metadata, business rules, forms, cube views, workflows, reconciliations, and reports.
- Provide technical and functional support to clients and project teams.
- Manage project deliverables, issue resolution, reporting, and support junior team members.

Required Skills

- 2–12 years of EPM implementation experience, including 1–2 years of One Stream implementation experience.
- Hands-on experience with One Stream metadata,



business rules, forms, cube views, workflows, data reconciliation, custom rules, and reports.
- Solid understanding of Financial Close, Consolidation, and FP&A; processes.
- Programming experience in VB. Net and/or Python.
- Experience with SQL Server / relational databases.
- Exposure to Cloud SaaS / PaaS environments.

Preferred Skills

- End-to-end One Stream implementation experience.
- Planning models covering Sales Forecasting, Financial Planning, and Workforce Planning.
- Business rules for Consolidation, Intercompany Eliminations, Cash Flow Automation, Translations, and Currency Overrides.
- Experience preparing design documents, test plans, training materials, and administration guides.
- Exposure to One Stream Marketplace solutions, including People Planning and Capex Planning.
