Job Summary

Gyan Sys is seeking experienced SAP GRC / Security Consultants to join our SAP Security & Governance practice. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Security, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), including user and role administration, access controls, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and compliance management across SAP landscapes.

You will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure secure, compliant, and well-governed SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain SAP Security and GRC solutions across SAP landscapes.
- Create and manage users, roles, profiles, authorizations, and organizational-level security.
- Configure and support SAP GRC Access Control modules, including Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Emergency Access Management (EAM), and Business Role Management (BRM).
- Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
- Collaborate with functional teams to design secure role-based access aligned with business requirements.
- Support user provisioning, role modifications, and periodic access reviews.
- Participate in SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, and S/4HANA transformation projects.




- Troubleshoot authorization issues and recommend security improvements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, audit requirements, and industry standards.
- Prepare security documentation, audit reports, and support internal and external audits.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in SAP Security & Authorizations
- SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM)
- User Administration and Role Management
- Segregation of Duties (SoD) Analysis
- Authorization Concept Design and Implementation
- SAP S/4HANA Security
- SAP Fiori and Gateway Security
- Security Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management
- Troubleshooting Authorization Issues
- Transport Management and Security Documentation

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG)
- Exposure to SAP BTP Security and Cloud Identity Services
- Knowledge of SAP Success Factors, Ariba, or SAC Security
- Understanding of SOX, GDPR, and other compliance frameworks
- Experience with SAP Cloud ALM or Solution Manager is an added advantage

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

- Domain Experience: 3–5 Years
- Relevant Experience: 0–8+ Years

Preferred Certifications

- SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP System Security
- SAP GRC Access Control Certification (preferred)
- SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG) Certification (preferred)
